Our History

Business Overview

From humble beginnings to becoming Sri Lanka's most recognized fitness brand — the Fitness Kingdom story is one of passion, perseverance, and purpose.

Fitness Kingdom Lanka (Pvt) Ltd was started as a chain of local gymnasiums in the year 1997. As the social awareness for health and wellbeing increased, we expanded our services to import fitness equipment and related services under Fitness Kingdom Lanka (Pvt) Ltd.

Today we operate six gymnasiums in Colombo, we are the sole agents in Sri Lanka for many reputed fitness brands and nutritional products and employ over 42 permanent staff and 11 staff on contract basis.

Our journey from a single gym to a multi-faceted fitness corporation reflects our unwavering commitment to the health and wellbeing of Sri Lankans — a commitment that has been recognized and trusted by thousands of members and hundreds of corporate clients across the island.
